	Moonlit Movies in Oakland Park, Florida The City of Oakland Park, located just outside Fort Lauderdale, recently purchased Epic’s HD Premier Cinema system with a 20 ft. screen, for their new “Moonlit Movies” program. The movie series debuted March 30^th, with the showing of “Happy Feet 2”. Joe Fazekas, Recreation Program Manager, said it was a big hit with the community, with over 200 people enjoying the Friday night movie. “It is the best thing we have brought to Oakland Park in a long time”, commented one resident. 	Earth Day with Smoothies and Movies Earth Day was celebrated in Daytona Beach with an eco festival at the Chiles Academy featuring healthy foods and the showing of the documentary “Food, Inc.”, with an Epic cinema system in the auditorium. Since Epic’s projection screens feature completely silent operation, it was easy to transform the school’s auditorium into a movie theater in just minutes! Learn more

It arrived just in time for their big Super Bowl Party! Read what the Tradewinds staff has to say about their new screen, and some of their plans for it, ranging from typical, to pretty outrageous! - floating the screen in the Gulf of Mexico on calm evenings and renting floating cabana chairs ...showing "JAWS"!
